C-Suite Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GenusOS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about you when you use the C-Suite mobile application and related services (the "Service"). The C-Suite intellectual property is owned by GenusOS Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and licensed to GenusOS, LLC.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

### 1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information. When you register for the Service using Google or Apple authentication, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your authentication provider password.

Company Profile. During onboarding, you may provide information about your business including company name, industry, business stage, approximate revenue range, number of employees, and strategic goals. This information is used to personalize AI Advisor responses.

Communication Style Profile. During the onboarding interview, you provide information about your preferred communication style, decision-making approach, feedback preferences, and business expertise level. This information is used to calibrate how AI Advisors communicate with you.

Conversation Data. We collect and store the content of your conversations with AI Advisors, including messages you send and responses generated by the Service. This includes both 1:1 sessions and Board Meeting sessions.

Custom Agent Credentials. If you connect a Custom Agent, we store the API endpoint URL and, in encrypted form, any API keys you provide. We do not use these credentials for any purpose other than routing requests to your specified endpoint.

### 1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, session duration, screens viewed, and interaction patterns. This data is used to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Log Data. Our servers automatically record information when you use the Service, including your IP address, access times, and error logs.

### 1.3 Information from Third Parties

Authentication Providers. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We do not receive your password or payment information from these providers.

Payment Processors. Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive transaction identifiers and subscription status information from the applicable platform.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models without your explicit consent.


3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

AI Model Providers. Your conversation inputs are transmitted to AI model providers to generate responses. These providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements with them. We do not share your name, email, or account information with AI model providers; only the content of your messages and relevant context is transmitted.

Custom Agent Endpoints. If you connect a Custom Agent, your conversation messages will be transmitted to the endpoint you specify. You are responsible for understanding the privacy practices of any Custom Agent endpoint you connect.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

With Your Consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.


4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Company Profile for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain conversation data for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of creation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 7 below.

If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for ninety (90) days to allow for account reactivation, after which it is deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.


5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security assessments. Custom Agent API keys are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.


6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at support@csuiteapp.ai.


7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information about you.

Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Portability. You may request that we provide your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.

Opt-Out of Marketing. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

Withdraw Consent. Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.


10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with the Service.


11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and, where required, by sending you an email notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
